Confidentiality

When representing other companies I honor to maintain the confidentiality of their business. From a matter of ethics I will not falsify nor disguise my representation to a matter that encourages companies to seek my services independently when acting as a subcontractor service.

I will, under legal bindings, sign non-disclosure agreements that protect all parties from theft of trade and intellectual property.
